OUR
COMPANY ECOFRUT is an Ecuadorian snack company devoted to the production of plantain chips. Its modern processing plant, located near the port city of Guayaquil, Ecuador, was designed by an international snack consulting group based in Texas. The plant is equipped with the latest technology from leading manufacturers of quality equipment for the snack industry. Processing capacity currently averages 120 Kg/Hr (264 Lb/Hr) of finished, premium quality chips. |
 ECOFRUT follows guidelines outlined in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) international food processing system. |

LOCATION Bounded by Colombia in the North and Perú in the South, the Republic of Ecuador is located in the Northwest coast of South America. The Galapagos Islands, 1,000 Km (625 miles) off the Pacific coast, are also part of Ecuador. processing plant is located in the city of Durán, on the
East bank of the Guayas river, across from Guayaquil
which is the economic capital of Ecuador and also its
largest city and shipping port.
